Salary: you will receive 20% of the firm fee. This will increase in the future. 

Tools: you must have your own recruiting software tools, we do not provide them.

We are currently seeking a Commission Only Recruiter for our fast growing boutique recruiting firm.

In this role, you will receive commissions of all direct hire placements and get paid once we receive payment from the client (within 30-45 days). This role is an on call role and you may have another job, as long as that does not compete with our firm.

You must have recruiting tools of your own to be able to recruit the top talent. (Example: Linkedin Recruiter or other platforms).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
